To facilitate your experience of the Lofa platform, we offer you two series of videos explaining and demonstrating how to go through the various steps and use the various features offered. These videos are presented in the logical order of using the features, from the creation of your profile and your event registration to the process of interaction between visitors and merchants during and after an event.

The first step consists of creating the profile of your business, either on the gestionlofa.com website, or by submitting a request to participate in a promoter's event on their website (promoter.gestionlofa.com) and, following a positive response from the promoter, to create the profile of your business on the promoter's website. Whatever your choice, know that you create this profile only once and that, on all sites, this profile will give you access to your business information to edit it if necessary.

On the gestionlofa website, your business profile will give you access to the events in which you will participate or have participated, will allow to assign one or more representatives of your business in order to respond to visitor requests during these events, and manage orders placed by visitors during these events.  During an event on a promoter's website, you will have access to the list of businesses participating in this event, information about your booth (images and others), products selected by visitors in your booth, and visitor orders processed by your representative(s).
